About the Role

ThreadFixx is looking for a hands-on Production Operator to join our fast-paced, no-drama crew. If you’re someone who enjoys working with your hands, keeping machines running smoothly, and bringing cool designs to life, this is the spot for you. You’ll work across embroidery, DTF printing, CO2 lasers, and finishing stations to help us keep our brands sharp and growing.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Run and maintain various production machines, including:
  • DTF (Direct to Film) transfer printer
  • Heat press machines
  • Large-format Roland solvent printer
  • Laser engraver/cutter

• Assist with embroidery production and operate embroidery machines (experience helpful but not required)

• Support the design team with pre-production artwork for print and engraving

• Troubleshoot equipment and keep production moving smoothly

• Monitor quality to make sure everything looks sharp and on-brand

• Jump in where needed—loading blanks, trimming prints, organizing inventory

What We’re Looking For

• Embroidery experience is a big plus

• Comfortable running and maintaining production equipment

• Basic knowledge of print media, file setup, and prepping files for output

• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and RIP software (not required, but a bonus)

• Ability to lift 30+ lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods

• Detail-oriented—you can spot a misprint from across the room

• Team player with a good attitude and a low tolerance for clutter or chaos
