Location: Northeast US (specific location shared during screening)

Make movement possible. Make a difference daily. We’re looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in a skilled nursing facility. Whether you're experienced in SNFs or just passionate about working with older adults, you'll have the support and flexibility you need to thrive.
What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate and treat residents to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
• Create and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes
• Document patient progress clearly and promptly

What You’ll Need:

• Active PT license in the state of practice (or willingness to obtain)
• Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy
• SNF experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
