About the Role

As a Clinical Services Coordinator, you’ll be the vital link between clients, therapists, and health plans—ensuring smooth, timely access to counseling services. You’ll manage referrals, verify insurance, support our clinical team, and help maintain compliance with AHCCCS and health plan requirements. Your work will directly support our mission to serve the community with compassion, integrity, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process clinical referrals within 24 hours
• Verify insurance eligibility and manage attestations
• Collaborate with internal teams to match clients with therapists
• Support departmental reporting, PQI processes, and licensing renewals
• Build and maintain referral relationships with community partners
• Provide occasional coverage at the Welcome Center

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Associate’s degree or higher preferred; high school diploma required
• Experience: 1+ years in client-facing customer service; AHCCCS/Health Plan experience preferred
• Skills: Strong communication, organization, and tech proficiency (Microsoft Office, EMR systems)
• Bonus: Spanish-speaking and ability to train others
