Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Ensure clients' safety and comfort at all times
- Help clients with mobility and light housekeeping duties
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and follow care plans
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient individuals
- Experience in caregiving or a willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- A genuine desire to help others live comfortably and with dignity
