Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Location: Tucson, AZ 85745

Job Type: Contract

Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Pay Rate: $23/hour

Position Summary:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Certified Nursing Assistant  for an exciting job in Tucson, AZ.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.

• Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respiration, oxygen saturation).

• Reposition and transfer patients safely using proper body mechanics and assistive devices.

• Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.

• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, promoting a positive care environment.

• Monitor patients for changes in condition and report observations to nurses or supervisors promptly.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment, including making beds, changing linens, and sanitizing equipment.

• Assist with specimen collection (urine, stool, sputum) and basic patient care procedures under supervision.

• Support rehabilitation and mobility exercises as directed by nursing or therapy staff.

• Follow all infection control and safety protocols, including hand hygiene and use of PPE.

• Respond promptly to patient call lights and requests.

• Document care provided accurately in paper or electronic records as required.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification in Arizona.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• BLS certification.
