SUPERINTENDENT- Luxury Custom Homes & Renovations
Scottsdale / Paradise Valley, AZ
Salary- $120,000–$140,000 DOE

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are partnering with a premier luxury custom home builder in the Scottsdale / Paradise Valley market seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee high-end custom homes and major residential renovations from preconstruction through completion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Field Operations & Project Execution
• Oversee day-to-day field execution of luxury custom homes and major renovation projects
• Manage projects from preconstruction through final completion
• Maintain exceptional quality standards and craftsmanship throughout all phases of construction
• Keep projects aligned with schedules, budgets, and client expectations
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and daily jobsite activity
• Ensure all trade partners follow project plans, scope, standards, and quality expectations
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized jobsites

Construction Coordination & Quality Control

• Review plans, specifications, and construction documents for conflicts, omissions, and execution risks
• Identify field issues early and proactively implement solutions
• Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with project requirements
• Maintain detailed documentation including punch lists, checklists, progress reports, and daily logs through Buildertrend and related systems
• Monitor project progress and ensure consistent communication with all stakeholders

Client & Team Communication

• Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, designers, vendors, and trade partners
• Protect the client experience through professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail
• Maintain a calm, solutions-oriented leadership presence in the field
• Hold subcontractors and trade partners accountable while fostering strong working relationships

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Residential construction experience, preferably within custom homes, luxury remodeling, or detail-intensive residential projects
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site coordination, scheduling, and quality control
• Ability to read and interpret plans and identify field conflicts or execution risks
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience using Buildertrend, Microsoft Office, and construction management technology
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• High level of accountability, ownership, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts in fast-paced construction environments
• Leadership mindset focused on consistency, service, and follow-through
