We are looking for an energetic and strong male figure to manage our ALL BOYS Group Home ASAP in QUEEN CREEK
SALARY POSITION (PLUS OVERTIME WHEN NEEDED)
Potential compensation: $22/hour
Hours work: 8-4 Monday-Friday (No holidays off, unless you can get them covered by your staff OR falls on a weekend)
*As a manager, you are expected to cover your staff if they call out and you can't get it covered. This job requires you to be accessible 365/24/7 via phone. You will be expected to run your house like it is your own business. We do not want to have to run your house for you. If this does not sound like you, please don't apply.
JOD DETAILS:Manage the staff under your facility
Complete administrative duties for clients
Ensure the compliance of the household according to the Title 21 regulations
Ensure proper Medication administration and documentation for you and your staff. Have you ever wanted to make a difference in a young adult's life? Try working for Brothers and Keepers where we mentor troubled teens that live in our residential group homes. All our homes have 8-10 kids that reside at the facility. You will be required to keep kids safe, teach them independent living skills, and mentor and encourage them to make successful decisions. We are looking for motivating, creative-minded, fitness-driven people!!! You need to be able to encourage kids to do better and not just be a drill sergeant. SKILLS NEED:
Must be organized, if not, I wouldn't apply
Able to Deescalate intense situations with the kids,Must be excellent at writing legal documents, case notes, incident reports, administration skills, communication skills, delegating and leading your staff, and hiring/terminating staff. You must be extremely dependable and know how to put the company first. You fail, we all fail.
QUALIFICATIONS: You must have the following document proofPass Criminal Background
Fingerprint Level 1 clearance card
First Aid/CPR
Arizona Driver’s License and CLEAN DRIVER'S RECORD (No Warrants or excessive violations)
High School Diploma/GED or higher
CPI or Article 9 (crisis prevention training)
