In this role, you will:

• Conduct inspections and tests on a range of items, from raw materials to finished products, ensuring adherence to our high-quality standards.
• Compute and measure various dimensions of workpieces, ensuring precision in every detail.
• Test units for mechanical functioning and fit of moving parts, ensuring seamless operation.
• Work in a clean room environment, adhering to stringent quality control measures.
• Inspect and verify the accuracy of gauges and measuring instruments, maintaining our commitment to precision.
• Examine defective parts, providing valuable insights for improvements and modifications.
• Write detailed reports on inspection and testing results, contributing to our continuous improvement efforts.
• Perform minor equipment preventative maintenance, ensuring the longevity of our tools and machinery.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, promoting a productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of one year of experience in a quality control or related role.
• Proven ability to compute and measure various dimensions of workpieces.
• Experience in writing detailed reports on inspection and testing results.
• Familiarity with minor equipment preventative maintenance.
• An equivalent combination of practical experience and education will be considered.

Physical Requirements:

This role involves frequent standing, walking, sitting, and use of hands. You may need to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Close vision and the ability to adjust focus are required.

Work Environment:

Our work environment involves exposure to moving mechanical parts and a moderate noise level.
