Harvest Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Prepare cultivation space and hallway for harvest
• Carry out whole plant harvest
• Carry out fresh frozen harvest
• Assist with final defoliations in flower rooms
• Performs product inspection for irregularities, particulates and other contaminants
• Verifies that raw materials meet specifications
• Post-harvest clean up and room turnover
• Logging waste in accordance with facility procedures
• Ensure that plants get hung and labeled appropriately within the dry rooms
• Assist with compliance aspects within the harvest process including the recording and reporting of harvest weights

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma / GED or higher
• A minimum of (1) year of related cannabis experience
• Maintain clean, sanitary and organized work areas.
• Self motivated and the ability to multitask.
• An effective and persuasive communicator that constantly strives for simplicity and clarity. Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform manual labor tasks required for the management of the grow
• Strong knowledge of the cannabis industry and the harvest process
• Strong leadership experience, with experience leading large teams
• Strong attention to detail

• Valid Arizona State Issued ID
