Director of Finance [Multi-Entity Construction]
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across five companies and multiple divisions
- Perform hands-on controller responsibilities, including payroll, AP/AR, general ledger, job costing, and WIP
- Oversee and support Accounting, HR, Safety, and Risk Management functions
- Ensure compliance with all tax, licensing, labor, insurance, and safety requirements
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls, policies, and scalable financial systems (Spectrum)
- Partner with ownership to support strategic business decisions, growth planning, and risk mitigation
- Improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and cross-department communication
- 10+ years of financial and accounting leadership in the construction industry
- Proven experience managing multi-entity, multi-division financial operations
- Strong understanding of construction accounting, job costing, WIP, and cash flow management
- Hands-on experience with Spectrum (preferred) or similar construction ERP systems
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams while remaining detail-oriented and execution-focused
- High integrity, sound judgment, and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment
- CPA or MBA preferred, but not required
- Salary Range: $125,000+ DOE
