$60,000+ starting (clear growth path based on caseload)

What you’ll do:

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy to individuals (and optionally couples/families)
• Maintain a consistent weekly caseload
• Participate in supervision and/or peer consultation
• Complete clinical documentation (notes, treatment plans)
• Develop your clinical strengths and areas of specialization

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field

Compensation:

• Starting at $60,000+ annually at a 20–25 client/week caseload

We are a boutique group private practice with offices in Prescott and Tucson, Arizona.
