Electrical Supervisor

As part of this expansion in the US, XNRGY is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join its team. This role will oversee the electrical assembly and integration of advanced HVAC and cooling systems, and lead a team of electricians and technicians to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality production operations.
An overview of your responsibilities:
Electrical Production Leadership: Supervise the assembly and installation of electrical components in complex air treatment and cooling systems, ensuring work meets engineering specifications, quality standards, and production schedules.

• Team Management & Development: Lead a team of electricians and technicians by assigning daily work, conducting shift meetings, and supporting employee development while maintaining strong communication across teams.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure electrical systems are integrated correctly, and production targets are achieved.
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure all electrical work meets company quality standards and safety regulations, perform inspections and reinforcing OSHA and internal safety procedures.
• Materials & Process Improvement: Coordinate required materials and tools while identifying opportunities to improve electrical assembly processes, workflow efficiency, and overall production performance.

What you'll need, among other things!

• 
  5+ years of experience supervising electrical assembly, electrical installation, or related manufacturing operations.
• Experience working with industrial electrical systems, equipment wiring, and electrical integration in manufacturing or construction environments.
• Strong leadership experience managing production or electrical teams.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards such as OSHA.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to coordinate across production, engineering, and quality teams.
• Hands-on technical knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and equipment used in industrial manufacturing environments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.
