A-Line Staffing is now hiring Customer Care Representatives (Remote). This role supports one of the nation’s largest Pharmacy Benefit Managers, a Fortune 5 company, with excellent career growth potential.
Customer Care Representative Compensation
- The pay for this position is up to $19 per hour.
Customer Care Representative Highlights
- This is a contract assignment lasting 5 months with potential to convert to full-time based on attendance, performance, and business needs.
- Training is required and lasts a minimum of 6 weeks (onsite).
- Flexible schedules available after training, Monday through Friday.
Customer Care Representative Responsibilities
- Assist members by answering inbound calls regarding their pharmacy benefit plans, prescription coverage, and mail order options.
- Provide empathetic, patient-focused service to help members understand their benefits.
- Navigate an evolving healthcare environment, offering solutions and education to improve members’ experiences.
- Adhere to HIPAA and other governmental compliance standards.
- Participate in a comprehensive training program that includes hands-on learning and virtual/on-site leadership engagement.
Customer Care Representative Requirements
- 1 year of customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality, military, etc.).
- Proficiency with Windows-based computer applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have reliable hardwired internet with at least 25/3 Mbps upload/download speed (for remote roles).
- Must have a quiet workspace (for remote roles).
- Willingness and ability to be on camera during training and meetings (remote roles).
- No time off allowed during the first 6 weeks of training.
Customer Care Representative Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 6+ months of healthcare or pharmacy experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and professional with members.
