Job Description:
We are seeking a Plumbing Installer with a strong water and sewer background.
Responsibilities:
- Complete plumbing, drain cleaning, and other in-home service calls and/or installations.
- Know how to establish customer rapport to educate customers on the right products and services.
- Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
- Understand your sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
- Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
- Work alongside customer service representatives and dispatch team members to ensure the business's overall success.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
- Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and retreats.
- Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
Requirements:
- Must be able to perform most plumbing services.
- Thorough knowledge of water/sewer/septic pipe repairs, drain line repairs, and fixtures repair
- Plumbing experience for water/sewer/septic systems lines in residential and/or commercial locations
- Excellent customer interaction skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Experience in drain stoppage and grease trap stoppages
- Experience in operating equipment, such as camera locator and drain equipment
- Can lift up to 50 pounds, be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices), carry ladders, work from heights, work in small crawl spaces
- Able to operate multiple types of excavation equipment
- Able to work well independently and coordinate jobs from start to finish
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Commission on all work with uncapped earning potential upon successfully meeting performance targets.
