What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective and existing clients to assess their insurance needs.

• Educate customers on available coverage options and policy benefits.

• Build strong, long-term relationships through exceptional customer service.

• Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and outreach efforts.

• Conduct phone and virtual consultations with clients.

• Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.

• Maintain accurate records using CRM and agency systems.

• Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with licensing and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

Required

• Active insurance license in good standing.

• Fluent in both Spanish and English.

• Previous insurance sales experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Professional, organized, and customer-focused.

• Comfortable using CRM systems, phone systems, and digital technology.

Preferred

• Experience selling personal lines, commercial lines, life, health, or other insurance products.
