Position Overview
Our client is hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated big-box retail local fleet based in Casa Grande, Arizona. Freight on this fleet is dry van retail, no-touch, live unload, running a 225-mile radius of the Casa Grande distribution center.
This is a home-daily position, so you sleep in your own bed every night. It suits drivers who want the earnings of a dedicated account without the time away from home. Average earnings on this account run $1,268 per week, approximately $65,938 annualized.
Key Responsibilities
You will operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely and legally at all times, completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, monitoring your hours of service, and keeping your logs accurate and current in accordance with federal regulations and company policy.
You will transport freight on schedule across a 225-mile radius of the Casa Grande distribution center, following assigned routes, planning fuel and rest stops sensibly, and communicating proactively with your fleet manager when weather, traffic, or a customer delay puts a delivery window at risk.
Most loads are multi-stop deliveries running no-touch live unload freight.
Drivers average 8 to 15 loads per week with three to four stops per load.

You will verify load counts, seals, and paperwork at pickup and delivery, secure freight correctly for transit, and complete bills of lading and delivery documentation accurately so the customer's records and yours agree.
You will represent our client professionally at every customer location, maintain the condition and cleanliness of your assigned equipment, and report mechanical issues promptly so they are addressed before they become a breakdown.
Requirements
A valid Class A Commercial Driver's License is required, along with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable CDL-A driving experience. You must meet all Department of Transportation qualification requirements and hold a current DOT medical certification.
An acceptable motor vehicle record and safety history are required. You must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and comply with all federal testing requirements throughout your employment.
Hiring within 50 miles of Casa Grande, AZ. This is a slip-seat operation, trucks cannot be taken home, and drivers need reliable transportation to the distribution center daily.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior dedicated account experience is preferred, particularly on fleets with consistent, repeating routes where familiarity with the lane and the customer builds real efficiency.
A clean safety record, consistent on-time performance, and a track record of steady tenure with previous carriers all strengthen an application. Drivers who communicate well with dispatch, handle customer contact professionally, and take care of their equipment tend to do well on dedicated accounts like this one.
Compensation and Benefits
Average earnings on this account are $1,268 per week, approximately $65,938 annualized. Pay is made up of: Mileage band pay; Stop pay; Detention pay.
