As an Inspector Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of products and processes through detailed inspections and testing. You will report directly to our Quality Manager and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on an on-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact product quality assurance and regulatory compliance, supporting Honeywell's commitment to delivering superior products to our customers and enhancing operational efficiency. ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct thorough inspections of materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Document inspection results accurately and report any deviations or non-conformances to the quality team.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain inspection equipment and ensure calibration is up to date to guarantee accurate measurements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying trends and recommending process enhancements.

- Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
- Proven experience in performing detailed inspections and quality control in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of inspection techniques, quality standards, and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry.
- Proficiency with inspection tools and equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges, ensuring precise measurements.
- Experience with quality documentation systems and the ability to accurately record and report inspection data.
- Understanding of root cause analysis and corrective action processes to support quality improvements.
- Associate degree or higher in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 or AS9100.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple inspection tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and continuous improvement methodologies.
