Accounting Clerk

What You’ll Do

You’ll help maintain the accuracy and integrity of our accounting processes by:

• Entering costs expenses and payments into our accounting software


• Matching expenses, receipts, and invoices to ensure accuracy


• Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks


• Performing general data entry for accounting and case expenses


• Assisting with credit card reconciliations


• Supporting end-of-year tax preparation


• Reviews accounts for uncleared checks and reconciles them to maintain compliance


• Processes & deposits A/R checks


• Works with vendors on account reconciliations and credits


• Ensuring all client case expenses are properly logged and categorized

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or accounting coursework preferred


• 1+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience


• Familiarity with accounting software specifically QuickBooks


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong data entry skills


• Understanding of basic accounting principles, vendor processes, and financial recordkeeping
