This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, organizing stock efficiently, and ensuring timely communication across departments to resolve material needs. The ideal candidate brings industry experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The **Warehouse Technician** reports to the Asset Dept. Manager and/or Warehouse Manager. **Job Functions:** + Receive and process material requests from project sites. + Coordinate the ordering and timely delivery of tools, equipment, and supplies to support ongoing projects. + Manage inventory levels to ensure availability of critical materials. + Organize and maintain stock in a safe, efficient, and systematic manner on racks and shelves. + Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits to maintain accurate records. + Record material movements, orders, and discrepancies using inventory management software. + Collaborate daily with project teams and other departments to monitor material needs and resolve issues related to missing, incorrect, or damaged orders. + Utilize strong communication and computer skills to support inventory and procurement operations. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Minimum of 1 - 2 years of relevant industry experience. + Prior experience operating a forklift. + Familiarity with electrical equipment and tools. + Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across departments. + Proficiency with computers and inventory management software. + Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred). + Basic math and measurement skills. + Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. + Commitment to following all PCL policies, procedures, and safety standards. + Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment physical examination, DOT and/or Non-DOT drug/alcohol screening, and background check. **Physical Requirements:** + Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or work at elevated heights as well as in confined spaces above- or below-ground level, such as: towers, vessels, scaffolding, excavations, etc. + Able to carry 50 lbs. of tools and/or materials without assistance. + Outdoor work in various weather conditions. **Benefits:** + 401(k) + Medical, Dental and Vision insurance + Employee assistance program + Employee discounts + Flexible spending accounts + Paid holidays PCL is an innovative, safety-oriented company comprised of people who find passion in their profession and take pride in doing great work every day.
