Job Description:
We are currently seeking a full-time Plumbing Dispatcher to join our office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing service requests, dispatching plumbers to job sites, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with customers and staff.
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
• Use computer systems proficiently (Windows operating system).
• Dispatch plumbers to job sites and coordinate schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and job statuses.
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers and staff.
• Ensure timely and effective communication with the plumbing team.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide information about services.
• Sending invoicing and receipt reports.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in using computers, particularly with Windows operating system.
• Valid government-issued ID.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Punctual and dependable.
• Professional and courteous demeanor.
• Strong time management skills and self-motivation.
• Ability to read and write English and perform basic math calculations.
