Job Summary:
The outpatient Physical Therapist position is located in Avondale, Arizona. The role involves providing outpatient physical therapy services to diverse age groups, including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. This position requires the ability to work a schedule from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM on at least two days and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Fridays, with other days flexible between 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid license; education and certification requirements as specified; open to new graduates or candidates with 1+ years of outpatient experience; location in Avondale, AZ; no minimum years of experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred, particularly with pediatric, adolescent, adult, or geriatric patients.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include screening and building caseload, performing gross motor assessments, and managing diverse orthopedic and neurological conditions such as Achilles tendonitis, ACL tears, post-operative joint replacements, neurodegenerative diseases, traumatic injuries, and more.
