Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant - Tucson, AZ
- Annual Emergency Department volume of approximately 17,500 visits
- 20-bed Emergency Department with 6 Fast Track beds
- 24 hours of physician coverage daily (8–9 hour shifts)
- 12 hours of Nurse Practitioner coverage daily
- Cerner EMR system

About the HospitalNorthwest Medical Center – Houghton is a 44-bed acute care hospital serving east Tucson. The hospital offers a full range of inpatient and outpatient services, including cardiology with cardiac catheterization, orthopedics, minimally invasive surgery, tele-neurology, gastrointestinal and pulmonary services, and women’s health services, including a Level II neonatal intensive care unit. The hospital is part of Northwest Healthcare’s integrated network of hospitals and physician practices in Southern Arizona.
