The Role

We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive new business.

Your job is simple:
Start conversations and set appointments

You’ll be:

• calling local companies
• reaching out via email and LinkedIn
• identifying hiring needs
• booking meetings for our sales team

No closing. No long sales cycles.
Just creating opportunities .

What Success Looks Like

• 70–90 calls per day
• 2+ meetings booked daily
• Consistent pipeline creation

If you’re competitive and consistent, this role can turn into something much bigger.

Compensation

• $17/hour base
• $50 per meeting that shows
• +$100 per qualified meeting
• $100 per closed client
• Weekly performance bonuses

Top performers can earn $4,000–$6000+/month

We structure this role around 4–5 hour high-output shifts , not long, drawn-out days.

During that time, we expect your full attention:

• working through call lists
• having real conversations
• setting quality appointments

No busy work. No coasting.
