Personal Care Assistant
Job Summary
Upscale Home Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide exceptional care and support to senior and disabled individuals in their homes. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while working in a fulfilling and rewarding environment.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily personal care activities, including dressing, grooming, bathing, and meal preparation
Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment
Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being
Provide companionship and support with warmth and sensitivity to ensure the comfort and happiness of those in your care
Personal Care Assistant duties will also include
Requirements
CPR Certification
First Aid Certification
Finger check clearance card
Qualifications
Strong observational skills to monitor client health effectively
Ability to assist clients with mobility safely while maintaining their dignity
Excellent communication skills to interact compassionately with clients and their families
Must be reliable, patient, and possess a genuine desire to help others
