Abrazo Arrowhead is looking for a Clinical Coordinator to support and guide our Med Surg team on night shift. This is a great opportunity for an RN with 2 years of experience looking to step into a leadership role while staying hands-on in patient care. What You'll Do: Coordinate RN scheduling and unit operations Support staff development and training Act as liaison between nursing, providers, and administration Help meet regulatory standards and quality goals Lead by example in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment What You Bring: AZ RN license current CPR certification Associate's in Nursing (BSN preferred) 2 years of clinical RN experience (Med Surg/floor experience a plus) Strong communication and decision-making skills Leadership potential or previous supervisory experience Why Abrazo Arrowhead?
