Job Title: Case Manager – Behavioral Health Location: Phoenix, AZ (Multiple Sites Across the Valley) Pay Rate: $19–$24/hour Contract Length: 3–6 Months (Not Guaranteed) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Employment Type: Contract A third-party recruitment agency is hiring experienced Case Managers to support behavioral health services across multiple locations in the Phoenix metro area. This is a contract role with immediate openings and a fast-paced onboarding process. Position Summary: The Case Manager will work directly with individuals diagnosed with Serious Mental Illness (SMI), providing support, coordination, and advocacy to ensure access to appropriate behavioral health services. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a diverse caseload. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of clients with SMI diagnoses, ensuring timely assessments, service planning, and follow-up.
• Coordinate care with providers, community resources, and internal teams to support client needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency and state guidelines.
• Conduct outreach and engagement activities to support client retention and service utilization.
• Respond to client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with SMI populations is required.
• Knowledge of Arizona behavioral health systems and resources preferred.
• Ability to work onsite across various Valley locations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Additional Details:

• This is a temporary contract role with no guarantee of extension.
• Candidates must be available to work onsite Monday through Friday.
• Interviews will be conducted virtually.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $24.00 per hour
