**Front of House (FOH) Team Member**

The general (FOH) staff plays a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operation. They are responsible for providing a welcoming atmosphere, managing customer orders, and ensuring a clean and organized dining area. They are the first point of contact for customers, and their efficiency and demeanor can significantly impact the restaurant's reputation and customer retention.

**A Successful Team Member will**

· Arrive for shifts on time.

· Greeting customers with a friendly smile and guiding them through the menu.

· Deliver excellent customer service to all guests and maintain cleaning.

· Handling cash and credit card transactions with precision

**Requirements for the position**

· Must be at least 16 years of age.

· Able to work on your feet for extended periods.

· Ability to work weekends.

· Enjoy working with people.

· Must be able to occasionally lift and move boxes that weigh 20 pounds.
