What are we looking for?

We partnered with MediMani, a newly established MedSpa and high-class nail salon group, to expand services at existing salons in Scottsdale and Glendale . Thus, we are looking for multiple Aesthetics Nurses to contribute to the growth of the MedSpa portfolio with innovative ideas and high-quality work.

The client is seeking to offer subscription-based aesthetics services, which will integrate in a more holistic way connecting the beauty salon services with aesthetics and healthcare, such as dermatology and access to nurse practitioners.

Registered Nurse - Aesthetics

Responsibilities

• Administer wellness IVs for patients (proper licenses and experience needed)
• Educate patients on aesthetic services such as laser skin rejuvenation and injectable services.
• Provide excellent service and patient care
• Establish and maintain rapport with clients to ensure overall customer service satisfaction of clients.
• Evaluate the patient's suitability for all available services/treatments and perform treatments that same day.
• Pursue opportunities to educate patients on additional services.
• Educate patients on all treatment processes including pre and post-treatment care guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of treatment rooms between each client.
• Administer all treatments offered at the MedSpa
• Assist in ensuring medical supplies are inventoried, stocked and ordered
• Case review; results of patient procedure outcomes
• Assuring proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal laws.
• Apply knowledge of sterile techniques, OSHA regulations, and HIPAA protocols.
• Participate in marketing & educational activities, seminars, and events in support of the brand & Philosophy

Skills

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state for which the job exists, must be in good standing
• Relevant industry experience is highly preferred
• Ability to complete detailed paperwork
• Exceptional teamwork skills
• Maintains professional appearance and demeanour at all times
• Excellent customer service, communication, and integrity
• Being bilingual (Vietnamese or other Southeast Asian language) is a plus
