Mindful Support Services is a company dedicated to empowering therapists, psychologists and nurse practitioners to dive into private practice, without doing all of the leg work that comes with it. We provide high-quality billing, marketing, and administrative services to independent mental health care providers. About the Role:

This role is internally called "Client Support Specialist" and serves as the initial contact for new client intakes and appointment scheduling. The Client Support Specialist is trained to pair new clients with the provider that best fits their needs. They also build healthy relationships with clients over the phone by educating and setting expectations about insurance, authorizations, payments, and individual provider policies. Client Support Specialists perform an essential function in improving our community's access to mental health care. No prior medical or insurance experience is required; in-depth training is provided by the skilled and supportive team.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate clearly and professionally with both English- and Spanish-speaking clients via phone and email.
• Create a warm and welcoming phone call for new clients calling to access mental healthcare for the first time.
• Match new clients with the mental health provider that best suits their needs.
• Communicate clearly and effectively.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail when entering client data.
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative goals.
• Assist with emotionally challenging phone calls and refer clients in crisis to the appropriate resources.
• Educate clients about insurance, authorizations, provider policies, and payments.

Requirements

Who We Hire:

• Spanish language proficiency: Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Candidates with or without Spanish medical terminology experience are encouraged to apply
• Customer Service Experience : 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced customer support role.

Standard Schedule:

Job Type: Full-time.
The team rotates between opening, mid, and closing shifts within operating hours of 7:00am–8:10pm.

Rotating Weekend Coverage : Saturday and Sundays: 8:00am–5:00pm.
Rotation occurs every 1–3 weeks, based on business needs.

Closing Schedule:

Job Type: Full-time.

• Workweek options include Monday–Friday or Friday–Tuesday.
• Shift times may be: 11:00am–7:30pm or 12:00pm–8:10pm

Weekend Coverage: Saturday: 8:00am–5:00pm Sunday: 8:00am–5:00pm
Rotation occurs every 1–3 weeks, based on business needs.

4/10s Schedule:

Job Type: Full-time; schedule consists of four 10-hour workdays .
Available shift groupings include:

• Monday–Thursday, Tuesday–Friday or Wednesday–Saturday
• Shift times may be: 8:00am–6:30pm or 9:30am–8:10pm

Weekend shift rotations occur every 1–3 weeks, based on company needs, with hours of 8:00am–5:00pm.
