Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead quality assurance initiatives within a finance and compliance-focused portfolio. The ideal candidate is a seasoned QA leader with strong expertise in automation, performance testing, and CI/CD pipelines, capable of driving end-to-end QA strategy and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive QA strategy across finance and compliance programs.
• Lead end-to-end QA governance, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Oversee test planning, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect management.
• Guide QA teams in automation frameworks, regression testing, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met across all deliverables.
• Publish and present quality metrics and progress reports to leadership.
• Drive adoption of hands-free testing practices and CI/CD integrations.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in QA and Technical Program Management.
• Strong background in functional, regression, and performance testing .
• Expertise with automation tools such as Selenium, QTP, and JUnit .
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and project management tools such as Rally .
• Proven success in leading large-scale QA programs in the finance or compliance domain .
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in projects involving finance, regulatory, or compliance requirements .
• Strong analytical skills and ability to provide data-driven insights for process improvements.
