**Position Summary:**
Visualizing, characterizing & quantifying tissue transcriptomic profiles has become imperative to advancing science, particularly in the following fields: Single-cell biology, Neuroscience, Oncology, Infectious Disease and Gene Therapy. The Bio-Techne Spatial Biology product line addresses this burgeoning field with our ability to visualize & quantify any gene, in any species, in any tissue/cell down to single-molecule, single-cell level. This position will cover our Mountain State Territory. Mountain States is a sparse territory with many states including CO, IA, KS, AZ, NM, UT.

**Business Acumen**
+ Development of a strategic territory and account-specific sales plan.
+ Accountability to execute plan and meet sales quotas.

+ Delivery of technical/scientific seminars and presentations on Spatial Biology Division products and their capabilities.
+ Demonstrate role and relevance of the Advanced Cell Diagnostics product portfolio and provide consultation support to our customers.
+ Demonstrate command of scientific knowledge to engage in a collaborative sales process.
+ Partner cross-functionally to appropriately address customer needs.
+ Engage customers in both simple and complex sales environment.
+ Develop and maintain strong customer connections at various levels in the customer organization
+ Successfully navigate representing new technology and ACD brand.
+ Engage in accurate forecasting and Salesforce.com activities.
**Education and Experience:**
+ BSc or higher in Molecular Biology or related life science field.
+ Sales experience covering academic sales
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:**
+ 1+ years field-based Life Science Sales experience.
+ Working understanding of RNA sequencing, transcriptomics and basic molecular biology.
+ Goal oriented, competitive, persistent with a new customer recruitment focus.
+ Strives constantly for personal growth.
