Overview:
Nikao Performance and Rehab is growing! We’re seeking a personable, skilled PTA for our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Tempe. Flexible scheduling—full-time, part-time, or PRN available. Home visits may be included.

Caseload:

• 1:1 patient care, 40-minute visits

• Treat patients of all ages with general ortho focus

• Specialty support available

Compensation & Benefits:

• Full-time: ~$60K/year (based on experience)

• PRN: ~$40/visit, higher with experience

• $500 retention bonus at 6 months, $1,000 at 1 year

• Benefits may include: health stipend, 2 weeks PTO, 6 paid holidays, $1,500 CEU allowance—customized to fit your needs

Schedule:
Clinic hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm
Home visits: weekday or weekend availability

Requirements:

• Active AZ PTA license

• 1+ year outpatient ortho experience for full-time. The PTA must have completed at least 2,000 hours of experience working with patients.

• Arizona residency for PRN consideration
