This production worker will take pride in their safety mindset, attention to quality and perfect attendance. (PLUS Shift Differential) Job Type: Full-time Shifts Available: Second Shift - 8 Hour Night Shift Monday-Friday 3:00PM to 11:30PM (PLUS $1.50/Hr Shift Differential) Third Shift - 8 Hour Night Shift Monday-Friday 11:00PM to 7:30AM (PLUS $2.00/Hr Shift Differential) Some weekend overtime may be required · Inspect and package plastic products of good quality. · Operate equipment efficiently and safely. · Safely utilize basic tools before placing boxes on a pallet. · Properly complete all required paperwork. · Read through process manuals and record measurements · Ensure accuracy and monitor quality of production runs. · Maintain continuous production runs and machine efficiency. · Maintain plant cleanliness through daily work-area cleaning and proper scrap placement. · Perform additional job duties as required by leadership efficiently and safely. · Adhere to all Company and Departmental procedures. · Follow all Safety, Food Safety, GMP and HACCP practices. · High school diploma / GED or equivalent work experience. **Qualifications** **·** Ability to calculate parts requirements. · Strong organizational skills with ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously. · Ability to stand/walk for 8 consecutive hours. · Ability to read, write and record in quality and production records. · Ability to use hands to grasp, grip and manipulate boxes and product to inspect and pack · Ability to work with and around heavy machinery and equipment · Minimal lifting capabilities of 35 lbs. **Physical Demands:** The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
