The Electrical Service Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing all service operations and driving the growth of the Service Division. This position provides leadership to the service team, ensuring exceptional customer service delivery, operational excellence, and profitability while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Key Must Have’s:
Associates degree nice to have but not mandatory
PMP certification highly preferred.
Approx. 7 years in a commercial and/or industrial “Service department of an Electrical Company” or in a Trades-type company.” IE HVAC, Plumbing, Construction, etc.)
Should understand NEC (national electric code) electrical systems, and construction practices.
Strong in MS Office Suite, and have used estimating software in the past.
Be able to read blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Strong leadership experience, Strong Operations management experience.
Have experience with working directly with clients.
Help develop the service team and overall performance
Be able to develop Service budgets, manage job costs, profitability, and service dept performance.
Experience with project management tools & software preferred.
Stay current on all required safety trainings.
Able to pass a background check & obtain any security clearances and badging required by specific projects.
Possesses valid driver's license & reliable transportation, Satisfactory driving record & can be added to company insurance.
Travel: Yes, 15% Local to clients as needed.
