Summary of Key Responsibilities: As a Staff Accountant you will focus and assist in day-to-day accounting, month end and bookkeeping operations for the group of companies.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.


• Process and reconcile Accounts Receivable transactions, including invoicing, cash application, and aging review.


• Manage Accounts Payable activities, including invoice entry, vendor payments, and account reconciliation.


• Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements.


• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.


• Maintain and update fixed asset schedules and record depreciation.


• Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.


• Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.


• Solid understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.


• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Summary of Experience and Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.

· 1–2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
