• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the State of Arizona.

• Current CPR certification and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

• Strong communication, assessment, and critical-thinking skills.

• Prior home health experience preferred — new graduates with passion and initiative are encouraged to apply!
