Link Building Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Link Building Specialist to join our dynamic Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of SEO, off-page strategies, and ethical link acquisition techniques. This role is crucial for enhancing our website authority, search engine visibility, and overall organic growth through strategic link-building campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development:

Design, implement, and manage effective link building strategies that align with the companys SEO and content marketing goals.

Outreach & Relationship Management:

Identify, contact, and cultivate relationships with relevant website owners, bloggers, influencers, and webmasters to secure high-quality backlinks.

Content Collaboration:

Work with content creators and marketing teams to develop link-worthy assets, such as guest posts, infographics, and resource pages.

Competitor Analysis:

Conduct comprehensive backlink audits and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and gaps.

Monitoring & Reporting:

Track campaign performance using SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and provide regular reports on link acquisition, domain authority growth, and search rankings.

Compliance & Best Practices:

Ensure all link-building activities adhere to Google Webmaster Guidelines and avoid any black-hat or manipulative tactics.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on the latest SEO, link building trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to refine strategies.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum of 2 years experience in link building, SEO, or digital marketing.

Proven track record of successful link acquisition and outreach campaigns.

Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and link metrics.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Majestic, Moz, BuzzStream, or similar.

Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

Creative and strategic thinker with attention to detail and results-driven mindset.

Compensation

Annual Salary: $57,000 $72,000 USD (commensurate with experience)
