Remote Health Advisor (Closer) - W2
This is a remote position.
Our client is seeking experienced Health Advisors (Closers) to join their mission-driven team. This is more than just a sales role—you’ll be guiding people through life-changing health decisions. As a Health Advisor, you’ll engage with warm, pre-qualified leads—people who have already invested in an initial consultation—and help them make informed decisions about enrolling in the program. You’ll conduct virtual consultations, listen to each client’s health challenges, and guide them toward the right solution. This is a high-performance sales environment, but one rooted in empathy, education, and impact.
This is a full-time W2 role with base salary, commission, and benefits.
Candidates must reside in one of the following states:
Arizona, Connecticut, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Mexico, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wyoming.
All new hires begin with a structured 90-day training program to ensure alignment and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct 1:1 virtual consultations with warm leads via Zoom
Use a consultative sales approach to understand client health challenges and recommend the best solutions
Assess client fit and commitment to ensure high-quality enrollments
Achieve and maintain a minimum of 20 consultations per week with a 17%+ close rate
Maintain accurate notes, activity tracking, and pipeline management in CRM
Collaborate with health coaches and internal teams to ensure a seamless client handoff
Participate in ongoing training, sales meetings, and daily huddles to refine your skills

Requirements
3+ years of proven sales success, ideally in high-ticket or consultative sales
Strong closing ability with confidence navigating objections
Experience in remote/virtual sales environments (Zoom, CRM, Google Suite)
Driven, independent, and motivated to exceed performance targets
Clear communicator with excellent listening skills
A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others (formal knowledge of functional or natural health is a plus)
Must reside in one of the eligible states listed above

W2 employment with full benefits
$36,000 base during 90-day training, increasing to $70,000 base after training
OTE $120,000–$300,000+ annually (base + commissions)
