What You'll DoAs a Biller, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient billing processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and issuing accurate invoices to clients.
- Reviewing and verifying billing data for completeness and accuracy.
- Resolving billing discrepancies and responding to client inquiries.
- Maintaining organized records of billing transactions.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
We’re seeking a candidate who brings the following to the table:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in billing or a related field.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in basic billing software or tools.
- Attributes: A proactive problem-solver with great communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
