Gould Intelligent (an Arizona company) is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager for a long term contract in downtown Phoenix, AZ. Work will be hybrid but primarily remote with only occasional need to be onsite. Work hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Pay is $85 - $110/hr.

Candidate will be leading an enterprise level software implementation. Will coordinate efforts between internal staff and 3rd party vendor. Internal staff will be responsible for data conversion support, data cleansing, legacy system retirement, DevSecOps, infrastructure, and integration. Candidate will fostering an Agile culture and facilitating all ceremonies. Will track progress in Azure DevOps Boards (or similar tools such as Jira, GitLab, etc.). Candidate will assist teams in mapping technical and architectural dependencies and will maintain risk management plans and ensure security practices are integrated into project planning. Will create and maintain project documentation.

Candidate must have 10+ years of IT Project management as well as 3+ years in an Agile/Scrum environment. Must have proven experience in managing large enterprise software implementations. Seeking candidate with ERP and/or CRM experience. Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree and CSM or PSM certification (or equivalent). Preferred candidate will have experience leading multi-year programs with multiple releases, working in government or for a large consulting firm, and/or a PMP or SAFe certification.
