• Project Management: Oversee end-to-end project delivery for land development initiatives including commercial, industrial, retail, and multi-family.

• Civil Design Leadership: Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to produce site layouts, grading plans, utility systems, stormwater management, and roadways.

• Permitting & Regulations: Navigate permitting processes and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal engineering standards.

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as a key liaison for clients, offering transparency, technical insight, and strategic consultation.

• Mentorship & Team Development: Lead and support a team of engineers, fostering professional growth and cross-functional collaboration.

• Optional Client-Facing Role: For those inclined, represent the firm externally and deepen client partnerships.

• Experience: Minimum 8 years in civil site development ; 10+ years preferred.

• Licensure: P.E. (Professional Engineer) license required.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering preferred (or equivalent experience).

• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Leadership Skills: Proven track record managing project timelines, budgets, and diverse teams.

• Workstyle: In-office presence required; must be comfortable balancing multiple project types.

• Large-scale master-planned communities

• Roadway infrastructure and stormwater drainage systems

• Private sector projects (limited public works exposure)
