Patent Attorney Hybrid (Mesa, AZ)
The firm is seeking a motivated patent attorney to support U.S. patentprosecution in Mesa, AZ. Youll work directly with inventors, founders,
and in-house teams enjoying both in-office collaboration and the
flexibility to work remotely part of the week. This is primarily an
in-person role in Mesa, Arizona. We offer clear, performance-based advancement opportunities for

thinking, and client service over rigid billable-hour mandates. Notably,
this position does not carry a minimum hourly billing requirement. We are structured for attorney growth, not attrition. This is a firm

direction of a partner. - Conduct examiner interviews and develop thoughtful IP strategies - Collaborate directly with inventors and clients - Work with a collaborative team using modern, streamlined systems
Qualifications:
What Were Looking For:
- Registered to practice before the USPTO, or exam-passed and pendingregistration - Minimum bachelors (BS) engineering, CS, EE, ME, physics, or
similar, and preferably masters (MS)- Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with
clients - Self-motivated, organized, and eager to contribute to a modern,
growing practice
