Role Purpose

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of warehousing best practices to drive efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with 5S standards, implement stable processes, and champion continuous improvement initiatives to support organizational growth. This position plays a key role in fostering operational excellence and building a high-performance team within a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor warehouse teams, including scheduling, performance monitoring, training, and conflict resolution to maximize productivity and minimize overtime.
  • Oversea end to end daily operations such as inbound, outbound and order fulfillments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Managing inventory accuracy on raw materials and finish goods, monitoring stock levels to meet internal and external customer demands.
  • Maintains trackable records to analyze warehouse data to identify inefficiencies, track performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve overall operational performance.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for warehouse layout, workflows, equipment utilization, and technology integration (e.g., WMS and ERP systems) to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company safety standards; monitor security of goods and maintain a safe work environment through policy enforcement and regular inspections.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, and executives to resolve operational issues and support supply chain goals.

Qualifications - Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, or a related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
  • 5+ years of warehouse management experience
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other data analytics
  • High attention to detail and accountability in managing warehouse operation
  • Work knowledge of SAP, WMS and TMS
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs., stand/walk for extended periods, and operate forklifts
  • Excellent reading and writing skills
  • Strong knowledge of 5S regulation

The range for this position is $91,842.00 - $126,284.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
