Dependable Nursing is growing and seeking an experienced, compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team serving patients throughout the Northeast Territory. Responsibilities Include:

• Performing skilled nursing visits in patients' homes

• Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans

• Monitoring patient progress and communicating updates to physicians and the interdisciplinary team

• Administering medications, treatments, and skilled nursing interventions

• Educating patients and caregivers on disease management, safety, and home care techniques

• Completing accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• Current Arizona RN license in good standing

• Home Health nursing experience required

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance

• Strong assessment, clinical decision-making, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the care team

• Passion for helping patients maintain independence and quality of life at home
