**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity within the location.
+ Monitor access points and observe for unusual or suspicious behavior, reporting findings according to established protocols.
+ Maintain accurate records of patrols, incidents and observations as required by Allied Universal and site management.
+ Communicate professionally with clients, visitors and staff to address inquiries and provide assistance when needed.
+ Support site-specific protocols relevant to the aerospace and defense environment, including following procedures for restricted areas and visitor management.
+ Participate in training and briefings to stay current with site procedures, emergency protocols and Allied Universal standards.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ A guard card or license is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
