People Experience Coordinator

This role is an on-site position, working at our headquarters in Phoenix, AZ .
Pay Range: $21.00 to $26.00
What you will do?:- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Assist with HRIS, HR, TA and related event support
- Advertising and promoting People Team initiatives
- Serve as a champion for team members across all branches and locations, actively contributing to initiatives that enhance the 'Best Place to Work' experience and foster a positive workplace culture
- Assist with maintaining hard copy and electronic filing systems (HRIS)
- Perform file audits to ensure all required documents are received and maintained
- Perform other administrative duties to include, but not limited to, photocopying, mailing, scanning, and filing
- Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
- Assists with the preparation of the performance review process
- Provide support in completing I9 employment verifications
- Files documents into the appropriate employee files
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum two (2+) years of proven human resources and talent management experience, with a preferred background in dynamic distribution or logistics environments that demand agility and strategic people management
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to effectively manage workload and maintain composure in dynamic work environments
- Flexible with scheduling, able to work various shifts to support team needs
