Position Summary:
We are seeking a Sr. Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. This role will manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, ensure timely and accurate payments, and support month-end close activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and experienced in handling complex vendor and invoice scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice review, approvals, and payment processing

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently

• Prepare and post journal entries related to accounts payable and accruals

• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes

• Maintain accurate vendor records and documentation

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and workflows

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment

• Strong knowledge of AP processes, accounting principles, and month-end close procedures

• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar); advanced Excel skills a plus

• Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
