Senior Python / AI Chatbot Developer
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain a Python-based AI chatbot solution.
- Integrate the chatbot with Microsoft Entra ID for secure user authentication and access control.
- Connect the chatbot to Confluence to surface knowledge base content and assist users before creating tickets.
- Implement integration with our help desk/ticketing platform (Zoho ServiceDesk Plus).
- Ensure chatbot usability, scalability, and reliability for enterprise-wide adoption.
- Collaborate with IT, support, and knowledge management teams to optimize workflows and improve end-user experience.
- Maintain best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation.
