The department for the Hospital Pharmacy Manager is an inpatient pharmacy supporting an accredited Stroke Center, a high-acuity Cardiac Center, and a renowned orthopedics program. The Hospital Pharmacy Manager will guide clinical pharmacy services across the continuum of care, including rounds with interdisciplinary teams, antimicrobial stewardship collaboration, medication reconciliation, perioperative optimization, and safe sterile compounding compliant with USP standards—driving therapeutic outcomes for complex neurological, cardiovascular, and orthopedic patients.
Leadership, support, and collaboration for the Hospital Pharmacy Manager include reporting to a seasoned Pharmacy Director with visibility to executive leadership, while overseeing talented clinical pharmacists, technicians, and informatics partners.
