Job Overview:

As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, providing information, and addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

- Provide information about our company, services, and properties to potential clients

- Schedule appointments and property showings for our agents

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations

- Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by the company

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
